Victor Cirefice was born in North Wales but now lives in County Down, Northern Ireland. He has painted professionally since graduating in 1974, having studied Fine Art at Manchester, Chelsea and at the Royal Academy Schools in London.

 

His work can be found in various public collections such as The National Gallery of Wales, The Courtauld Institute and The Museo Academia, Perugia, in Italy. He has had several exhibitions at The Emer Gallery in Belfast.
