Black Chinoiserie Miniature Longcase Clock

A pagoda topped miniature longcase clock allover decorated in relief with flowers, garden scenes, people and pagodas. Attractive engine turned gold face. Late 19th/early 20th century. French movement.

Overall fine condition. The case has been cleaned and waxed. There is some wear to the gilding commensurate with age which adds to the character of the clock. The movement has been dismantled, cleaned and re-assembled.
